A brand new photo has emerged that has people in shock, as a ghostly figure was apparently captured on camera at Cleethorpes Beach that left a woman astonished and drummed up a lot of chatter on social media.
The pair photos, which was taken in May of this year, appears to show an apparition within the heady fog on the evening of May 11th. With the woman uncertain what to make of the image, questioning if it was supernatural or not, she shared the photos online.
“I spotted this strange looking white figure floating round on the beach on Thursday evening” the woman said of the incident. “I was absolutely stunned so I quickly took a couple of photos and hopped into my car. The gloomy and foggy nature of the evening just made it even stranger.”
The woman warned people to “look out”, adding that – “I’m not sure if it’s a person or something else.”
According to reports on PsychicWorld.com, a number of people have reported sightings of a phantom old man who haunts the site of Wonderland in Cleethorpes, with some reporting that they heard their name being called.
According to local legend, there is a story of a non-threatening spirit is that of a worker who lost his life on the ghost train, and has haunted the location ever since.
There are also tales that come from the former Imperial Hotel, a 115-year-old Victorian coach house structure which straddled the corner of Blundell Avenue and Grimsby Road in Cleethorpes with claims that it is haunted by the ghost of a Victorian main.
Although it has underwent a number of name changes throughout the years, The Coliseum on Cleethorpes High Street has it’s own number of claims, dating back to when it was known as the Baton Rouge.
